Fishing at this time is limited to Bank Fishing Only.
Please call ahead if checking out any MWR fishing equipment.

For the safety of our customers we have updated our policies. 

• Igloo Club hours are 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch Only until further notice.
• Chow truck will run on normal lunch route.
• All patrons are asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility.
• All patrons are required to wear a cloth face mask upon entering the facility.
• Now accepting cash.
• Dine-in is now OPEN with a 50% capacity. 

Please be advised that due to closures regarding the COVID-19 Virus the BGAD MWR Leisure Travel Services office is putting a temporary stoppage of ticket sales to currently closed local and national attractions, we will resume selling tickets to attractions on 1 April 2020 for Military Salute Disney Tickets, Universal Studios, and all other attraction tickets as availability comes back online by the vendors. This date is subject to extension.

There are numerous recreational facilities and quality of life programs offered at the Blue Grass Army Depot for the military (including Guard and Reservists), federal/DoD/DA civilian employees, those with BGAD and BGCA contracts, as well as their family members. One of the great benefits of working at the Blue Grass Army Depot, or working for a company doing business with the Depot, is that you are granted access to Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (Family and MWR) services and facilities. Our work requires that we are frequently out of the office.  Voicemails and emails are promptly returned once we are back in the office.

Outdoor Recreation has an extensive list of equipment available for a variety of activities and occasions. Equipment available: campers, bayliner, pontoon, canoes, kayaks, folding tables and chairs, grills, dunk tank, canopies, picnic shelter rentals and much more!

· Cancelations -

· Credit Card on File– We now require renters to keep a credit card on file during the reservations period. Upon return, we will destroy said information after deciding if additional charges are to be made.· Insurance Policy– We now require all renters to proof of insurance when renting a boat or camper.

· New Fees– MWR is now charging late fees, pet fees, and others. Please thoroughly read the rental agreements to ensure you fully understand what you are signing.

· Towing– Campers and Boats are only allowed to be taken within a 200 mile radius unless approved by the director.

· Boat Restrictions- MWR only allows boats to be ran on lakes within a 200 mile radius. DO NOT run the boat on any rivers.
