Food and Beverages:
No outside food and beverage is permitted. Exceptions are made for wedding and other ceremonial cakes. For the safety of all our guests, food and beverages must be consumed or disposed of at the facility and no food can be taken to go.
Decorations:
Decorations are the responsibilities of the host. To preserve our historic buildings we do not allow nailing, tacking, or taping of objects on the wall.
Property, Liability and Damages:
The club nor FMWR is not liable for any loss or damage to merchandise, equipment or articles left in our facility prior to, during or following any event. Any costs associated with damages done to the club premises or property will become the responsibility of the host.
Gate Access:
All guests over the age of 16 years must have a background check complete prior to entering the Blue Grass Army Depot. The driver of the vehicle must have proof of Insurance and vehicle registration available.

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the booking for all private events and will be applied to the total of the invoice.
Payments:
All events must be paid in full, no later then the day prior to the event. Payments are accepted in Cash, Check or Visa/MasterCard
