The Military Ticket Program offered at Blue Grass along with other US Army and US Navy ITT/ITR Offices, is made eligible for U.S. Military (Active Duty, Guard, Reservists, and Retired) personnel, DoW Civilians, and Contractors. Individuals, groups, or organizations who are not affiliated to the U.S. Military or DoW are not eligible to either purchase or redeem tickets available through ITR.

Pricing & Fees: Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Listed price is the final price. There are no taxes or extra fees.

In-Person Only: All tickets must be purchased and picked up in person.  We have been directed by the Military Ticket Program to not sell or send tickets via phone, email, or physical mail. We will not verify ID for purchases at other bases, per our clear guidance from the Military Ticket Program.

ID Required: Proof of Military or DoW affiliation is required at all ticket attractions and for all services associated with the Ticket Office.

Friends & Family: Tickets may be purchased for friends and family members, but one ticket must be for the Military or DoW ID card holder, and they must be prepared to show their ID upon gate entry.

Physical Tickets: All non-Disney tickets are print on demand with unique barcodes. Disney tickets are shells (like a physical gift card) that have a unique code you scratch to reveal when redeeming.

Warning: Ticket Office is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

Contact Info Required: All purchases require a phone number and personal email. Universal tickets require the full first and last name of all ticketholders.
